Initial Inquiry and Consultation
We embrace the unique experiences, perspectives, and backgrounds of our team members, clients, and communities. Assessment
Our BCBA will conduct a functional assessment to understand your child's skills, challenges, and behaviors. This may involve interviews, observations, and direct assessments.

Treatment Planning
Our BCBA will develop a personalized ABA treatment plan tailored to your child's needs and goals. The plan will outline specific objectives, strategies, and progress measures. We'll work closely with you and other involved professionals (e.g., speech therapists, occupational therapists, physicians) to ensure a collaborative approach.

In-Home Therapy Sessions
Our behavioral therapist will conduct in-home sessions, with frequencies determined by the treatment plan. Sessions will focus on developing skills such as communication, social interaction, play, self-care, and reducing challenging behaviors. We encourage active participation from parents/caregivers during sessions to promote the carryover of skills into daily life.

Ongoing Supervision and Progress Monitoring
Our BCBAs will regularly supervise in-home sessions, provide feedback to RBTs, and adjust the treatment plan as needed. We'll continuously monitor your child's progress, adjusting strategies and goals as skills are mastered and new challenges emerge. We'll provide regular progress updates and involve you in decision-making throughout the therapy process.
Family Support and Training
We'll provide ongoing training and support to help you apply ABA strategies in daily life, promoting the carryover of skills and managing challenging behaviors. We'll connect you with additional resources and support services in the community as needed.
Transition and Discharge Planning
As your child progresses, we'll develop a transition plan to prepare for eventual discharge from our services, ensuring continued support from other providers as needed. We'll celebrate your child's progress and provide a discharge summary outlining mastered skills, ongoing goals, and recommendations for future support.
